We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide on all orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes between 6–10 business days, depending on your location and local carrier operations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.

• Total estimated delivery time: 6–11 business days

Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and tracking details.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.
If you are unable to locate your tracking email, please contact us at support@getvoltara.com with your full name and order number.
